Do you have a guarded parking area?
Along the sides of the building it is possible to park your car, but it is not guarded. However the peaceful neighbourhood we are located in guarantees safety and parking availability.
At what time is curfew at night?
One of the advantages of staying in a Residence is the freedom of staying in an apartment. At arrival you are given the key to the apartment and a key for the front door so that you have no hours but must always respect the rest of other guests.
Is the Residence easily reached from the railroad station ?
Connects with the residence are well served by trolley buses number 10 and 11 that leave from in front of the railroad station, you get off at bus stop number 17 that is located aprx. 50 metres from the Residence.
What is the deposit for ?
It is a guarancy to protect us from eventual damages that occer during the stay at the Residence. At departure , after controoling the apartment the deposit handed back.
The Residence is far from the sea ?
The main street is about 40 metres away and the beach is about 70 metres from the Residence.
What does the mandatory final cleaning costs include ?
It includes the cleaning of the apartment , excluding the cooking area and wares that must be left clean by the guest at his leaving.
How can payments be made ?
Payments for the stay and supplements must be made at the arrival of the guest with cash or by credit card.
Is the neighbourhood where the Residence is located peaceful ?
The Residence is located in a dead-end street , it is only frequented by residents, so there is little traffic and noises from the near -by rail road line are not bothersome because there is a large Hotel located between our Residence and the rail road.
